Rock Meets Tradition: Wynwood Senior Photos in Miami

When we started discussing her high school senior grad photos, Sophia and her mom had very different ideas. Mom wanted the usual cap and gown portraits and Sophia wanted rock-inspired photos because she plays guitar and is in the school band. I told them we should do both!

We decided that Wynwood in Miami was the perfect spot. The area has colorful walls, cool textures, and lots of creative energy. We could get the classic shots her mom wanted and then switch to a fun, edgy style.

Mixing Styles Around Wynwood

She brought three outfits for her Wynwood senior photos. We started with her cap and gown for those timeless shots every parent loves. Then we recreated the photo from when she was MUCH younger.

Then she changed into jeans, converse , her school band jersey and of course had her guitar. The photos had real energy and showed who she is right now.

Her last outfit was a black leather jacket, red shirt, denim skirt and black boots. casual and fun. We walked around Wynwood and found bright walls that matched her easygoing personality.
